About Me - Ken Carroll
At Healthy Solutions Psychology, I bring years of experience in both public and private sectors, working with children and adults. My expertise allows me to provide tailored support to meet diverse psychological needs.
I have achieved positive outcomes with clients presenting with: mood and anxiety disorders; grief and loss; stress; workplace issues of concern; changes and adjustments; trauma and interpersonal and family relationship concerns.
My professional orientation is client-focused, drawing upon the processes of cognitive-behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing, dialectical behaviour therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, solutions-focused therapy, mindfulness and supportive counselling.
